To order by mail, list the records you want, the price of each, multiply it by how many of each you want and add shipping to calculate your grand total. (Shipping is $1.50 for the first item and 50¢ for each additional. International orders are an additional $2.)
And, for the love of god, don't expect us to find your address if it's written in the upper-lefthand corner of the envelope inside the one square inch in your crappy handwriting. Assume we're dumb and give us as much information as you can. And be repetitive. And be repetitive.
